Adjustable Resistance Hand Gripper Trainer

This adjustable hand grip strengthener combines variable resistance with a built-in mechanical counter, allowing users to strengthen the hands and forearms while keeping track of completed repetitions. The resistance can be adjusted from approximately 5 kg to 60 kg, making the same gripper suitable for light daily exercise, progressive grip training, sports conditioning, and controlled rehabilitation routines. A mechanical counter positioned in the handle records repetitions from 1 to 99 as the handles are squeezed, while a separate reset control allows the user to restart the count before the next set. This creates a simple way to structure grip workouts without needing a phone or separate tracking device. Built from PP, TPR, and steel, the gripper combines a rigid frame with an enhanced metal spring and contoured soft-touch grip areas. At approximately 16.5 cm high, it remains compact enough for desk drawers, gym bags, or travel while supporting full-hand squeezes, reverse squeezes, and finger-focused exercises.
